Square Plan is an international company established in April 1983 by Bernard Ruberg. The founding of the company was prompted by Ruberg's extensive experience in the international electronics & electrical fields, with particular focus on television aerial reception and transmission systems.
The company's core competency at this time was the assembly of TV aerials and the wholesale and installation of aerial systems in private residences, apartment buildings, townhouse complexes and hotels.
In 1984 the local assembly of aerials was abandoned due to high demand direct import of complete aerials was introduced.
Square Plan has been the exclusive agent of the highly reputable "MARGON" aerials since 1984. Margon aerials are imported from Holland along with numerous items allied to the industry.
Since the early days of BOP TV, Square Plan has been, and remains, among the forerunners of installing and maintaining reception systems for customers. The company was one of the first sub-contractors for the installation and maintenance of M-Net systems.
